broken tv noisy tram
The TV in my room did not display a picture, although the sound worked, despite me trying the listed instructions. The tram ran right outside the window, so I needed earplugs. These issues (combined with the price). The street was also not the best-lit, and some suspicious people hung around near the soup kitchen, so I did not feel too safe walking alone at night.

convenient location guest fridge coffee facilities poor lighting missing instruction high price
The location was convenient. I liked that the room included a fridge (this was very helpful). There were also coffee and tea facilities available at all times.
The street was not well-lit at night. It was difficult to find self check-in instructions (I missed the email). I also think the price was high for what I received.
